Too many people are jumping straight into automation without the cultural context. That leads to conflict, confusion, and frustration. We can learn 3 things from the Agile Fluency model about the DevOps journey: it leads to a shared destination, it requires investment, and it is a way to achieve business value. Lets apply the model to help demystify the idea of DevOps as a "cultural movement" and derive some gives clear guidance about what kinds of changes people, teams, and organizations may undergo.
